Our family of three stayed in 2 bedroom cottage here and we really enjoyed it. Our bathroom is modern and new. 10mbps free wifi is very helpful. The gumnut cottage is very quiet and serene. However, the bedrooms need some updating with paint and waterproofing of roof. Over it was a great stay.
My husband and I stayed in the two bedroom Gumnut cottage for a night and wish we had stayed longer. Friendly greeting on arrival, private cottage that was clean and warm. Beautiful views of Mount Roland and very friendly donkeys. We did not use the games room but did check it and I think it would be a kids paradise, heaps of children's activities but also a great accommodation for people that don't have kids. Highly recommend, thank you.

poor value for money. i don't know where the other people doing reviews stayed so lucky i took photos. nothing stated on the website was usable except the cottage(amazed it kept the rain out) spa in a small, dark & dingy room. mini golf unplayable due to debris over course. basketball court has become storge for bikes and of the 40 pushbiked none are in good enough condition to ride, all have flat tyres. DO NOT STAY!!! if u have small children DON'T BELIEVE THE WEBSITE AND THE GAMESROOM DESCRIPTION!!! and i guess thats why there is a strict no refund policy stamped on ur invoice when arriving...they must get sick of being asked for a refund...sorry it will only upload 2 photos...i had 30 to show how poor the cleanliness and amenities are...again, DO NOT STAY THERE!!
